Karen L. Favreau

Karen L. Favreau is the business manager for the Air, Missile, and Maritime Defense Technology Division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. She is responsible for the division’s financial and administrative business operations. Favreau joined Lincoln Laboratory in 1986 in the Security Services Department. In 1989, she moved to the Air, Missile, and Maritime Defense Technology Division as an Administrative Assistant. In 1997, she was promoted to one of the first group business manager roles in several groups.

Favreau transitioned to the Division Office in 2008 as an assistant division business manager and was promoted to the division business manager in 2013. She received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Salem State University.
