William Moulder

Dr. William F. Moulder is an assistant leader of the RF Technology Group. His areas of expertise include wideband antenna arrays, direction-finding systems, microwave imaging, and electromagnetic modeling. In his current role, he oversees and develops hardware prototyping efforts to demonstrate novel RF capabilities in a variety of operational domains.

In his prior role as a member of the technical staff in the RF Technology Group, he designed numerous antenna systems, including wideband direction-finding arrays, deployable antennas for small satellites, and sparse antenna arrays. He led the development of multiple 3D microwave imaging systems and designed critical components of these systems. He has also been involved in planning and execution of field tests for several prototype RF systems.

Moulder is a member of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society. He received BS, MS, and PhD degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the Ohio State University, where his research focused on wideband low-profile phases array antennas.
