Lee Rossey is an Assistant Group Leader in the Information Systems
Technology at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He is responsible for managing
research and development of technology and systems in support of
national Cyber missions including computer network defense, attack,
and exploitation. Focus areas include testing and evaluation of cyber
system, cyber ranges, system analysis and red-teaming of DoD
programs. To support this work he leads the development of novel
tools and capabilities to enable highly realistic cyber test
environments to include modeling of user and network activities,
traffic generation, metrics, instrumentation, visualization and
analysis. In 2008 he joined the Air Vehicle Survivability Evaluation
Program (Air Force Red Team) to help lead their cyber activities.
Prior to Lincoln Laboratory, Mr. Rossey worked at Lockheed-Martin/L-3
Communications in Camden, NJ on communication and information security
systems. He received a BS in electrical and computer engineering and
the BA in modern languages from the State University of New York at
Buffalo. In 1997 he received the MS in Electrical and Computer
Engineering from the University of Florida.
