Douglas E. Stetson received the S.B. degree in Mathematics with Computer Science from MIT in 1990. After working in industry for 11 years, he joined the Information Systems Technology Group as a staff member at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 2001.  He currently works developing intrusion detection systems, focusing on better visualization and analysis of alert trends, with the wider goal of assisting analysts with processing large numbers of intrusion alerts.
