Michael P. Scarito joined the Cyber System Assessments group in 2011, where he conducts research in the areas of analog and digital hardware design and low-level software reverse engineering.  His interests include wireless communications and remote sensing, systems architectures, cryptography, applied computer security, and physical security.

Mr. Scarito received an S.B. in electrical engineering and computer science and an S.B. in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2010.  He first joined Lincoln Laboratory as a graduate student designing airborne and satellite-borne microwave receivers for remote weather sensing, and received an M.Eng. in electrical engineering and computer science in 2011.
