Philip Marquardt is an associate staff member of the Cyber Systems and Operations Group and is responsible for conducting research on cyber operational capabilities including cyber situational awareness, malware analysis, and incident response.

Mr. Marquardt joined Lincoln Laboratory in 2011 working in the Cyber Systems and Technology Group and has recently transitioned to the Cyber Systems and Operations Group. He acts as co-program manager of the Lincoln Research Network Operations Center (LRNOC) and is responsible for transitioning cyber capabilities for operational use and researching new cyber operational capabilities using LRNOC data sets.

He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he published papers related to implementing private information retrieval protocols on resource constrained mobile phones and using mobile phones to identify keystrokes from low frequency accelerometers.
