Dr. Pierre Trepagnier joined the Cyber Systems and Operations Group in June 2012.  His current research interests include network intrusion detection, network traffic analysis, cyber situational awareness, anomaly detection, and visualizations.  Prior to joining MIT Lincoln Laboratory, he was senior principal investigator at SPARTA, Inc., where he specialized in algorithm development and project management, and was Program Manager for SPARTA’s program in DARPA’s Spectral Sensing of Bio-Aerosols project.

Dr. Trepagnier received his Ph.D. in experimental physics from MIT and his B.S in physics from Stanford University.
