Mr. Elliot Singer is currently a staff member of the Human Language Technology Group.
Since joining MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 1977, Mr. Singer has worked in a wide variety of speech technology areas, including low rate speech coding, custom hardware development, keyword and topic spotting, pattern recognition, and speaker and language recognition.
From 1975 to 1977 he was an instructor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT.
Mr. Singer received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University in 1971 and the S.M. degree in electrical engineering from MIT in 1974.
