Dr. Vijay Gadepally is a member of the technical staff in the Lincoln Laboratory Supercomputing Center at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He pursues research in the areas of big data, databases, machine learning, high-performance computing, and privacy-preserving technologies.

Dr. Gadepally previously worked as a postgraduate intern with the Raytheon Company, a visiting scholar with the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a student intern at the Indian Institute of Technology. He has authored or coauthored more than 50 publications and presentations and serves as a member of numerous technical and organizational committees.

Dr. Gadepally holds MSc and PhD degrees in electrical and computer engineering from The Ohio State University, where he received an Outstanding Graduate Student Award in 2012. His academic research focused on the estimation of driver behavior for autonomous vehicle applications and on high-performance computing. At Ohio State, he held concurrent appointments within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Ohio Supercomputer Center. He also holds a BTech degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur.
