Eric A. Koziel is an associate staff member of the Secure Resilient Systems and Technology Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Eric joined the Laboratory in October 2012 to support anti-tamper and hardware security programs. His current activities span from developing computer architectures that resist side-channel attacks, to protecting the microelectronics supply chain through robust counterfeit detection, to designing secure computing architecture for small satellites. His research interests include anti-tamper technologies, side-channel analysis, parallel and hybrid computer architectures, anti-counterfeit technology, counterfeit detection techniques, hardware design, and applied cryptography.

Mr. Koziel earned his BS degree in computer engineering from Ohio Northern University in 2010 and MS degrees in computer engineering and cyber operations from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology in 2012.
