Dr. Dwayne M. Rosenburgh joined the Cyber Systems and Operations Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a member of the technical staff in 2016. His research interests are cyber security in the wireless domain and the intersections of cyber systems, decision theory, economic theory, and game theory.

Before joining Lincoln Laboratory, he worked with the U.S Department of Defense on a variety of technologies including signals analysis, fiber-optic systems, space systems, cyber operations and security, recommender systems, and data science (predictive and prescriptive analysis). Additionally, he led a research division that did research in advanced radio-frequency (RF) communications technologies, such as mobile ad hoc networking and cognitive radio.

Dr. Rosenburgh is a senior member of the IEEE. His biographical sketch appears in several Marquis Who’s Who volumes, including Who’s Who in Science and Engineering and Who’s Who in America. He is an adjunct professor at Howard Community College and at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Rosenburgh holds engineering degrees, the DSc and MS, from the George Washington University and a BS degree in physics from Morgan State University. Additionally, he has a certificate in technical executive leadership from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
