Farhan Adil

Dr. Farhan Adil is a technical staff member in the RF Technology Group. His research interests include analog/mixed-signal and RF integrated circuits and systems for communication, radar, and biomedical applications.

Prior to joining Lincoln Laboratory, Dr. Adil was a graduate student at the Integrated Computational Electronics Laboratory at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His graduate research was in the area of reconfigurable mixed-signal systems using floating-gate CMOS devices. He was also a senior design engineer at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems for four years. There his work focused on pipeline and high-speed delta-sigma modulator analog-to-digital converters for radar and sensor systems.

Dr. Adil has authored or coauthored several journal and conference papers, and is the co-inventor on one patent. He received a BS degree in biomedical engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and MS and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
