The RF Technology Group is developing wideband electronic subsystems in support of national security needs. These developments support a wide array of applications including payloads for small satellites, airborne and undersea assets, surface vehicles, and fixed site installations.

Work within the group covers all aspects of RF subsystem design, from concept and architecture development through prototyping of custom RF and digital printed circuit boards with embedded control and signal processing. These designs often push the state of the art in terms of bandwidth, sensitivity, and linearity performance while also improving modularity and reuse. In addition to realizing improvements in all these factors, the designs are achieving decreased size, weight, power, and cost of systems for the government.
