About Technology Transfer
The Technology Transfer Office facilitates the rapid transfer of advanced technology into and out of MIT Lincoln Laboratory to benefit national security and economic competitiveness. The office pursues the following goals:
- Strengthening the Laboratory’s practices for efficient technology transfer on its sponsors’ behalf
- Leveraging commercial capabilities to solve national security challenges and creating a pipeline for technology transfer
- Protecting and promoting IP through strategic management of the Laboratory’s technology assets
