In case of severe weather, please check www.ll.mit.edu/status to see if the Laboratory is open and operating. A banner will also appear at the top of this website in the event of an emergency or weather-related closure.
Lincoln Laboratory is committed to providing an environment conducive to all employees by providing reasonable accommodations. Reasonable accommodations can be made to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us at [email protected] for information on reasonable accommodations.
On your first day, please be certain to bring identification(s) that will satisfy the I-9 requirement documenting your eligibility to work in the United states. All sufficient forms of identification are listed on the I-9 form on page two.
Orientation
We have a half-day agenda planned for all new hires to ease them through the onboarding experience. An example of this schedule is available at the top of this page. This agenda includes a face-to-face welcome, an overview of Lincoln Laboratory’s culture and benefits, and a brief tour to help familiarize yourself with our facility.
