Kerry A. Harrison is the Director of Human Resources for MIT Lincoln Laboratory. She is responsible for the strategic vision and oversight of the talent-management programs and services designed to recruit, reward, develop, engage, and retain the Laboratory's very highly skilled, diverse workforce.

Prior to her 2020 appointment to this position, Harrison served as the Assistant Department Head of Human Resources since 2008. Throughout her career at Lincoln Laboratory, she has advanced important Human Resources initiatives and programs, including employee total compensation, modernization and improvements to Human Resources systems, benefits and wellness programs, initiatives to promote a respectful workplace, employee engagement efforts, education and professional development, performance management, and employee recognition programs. 

Harrison received her BBA degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a concentration in management. She holds Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Compensation Professional, and Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional certifications. She maintains professional affiliations with the Society for Human Resources Management, World at Work, the Human Capital Institute, and other human resources groups engaged with federally funded research and development centers, university-affiliated research centers, and industry. She is also an alumna of MIT’s Leader to Leader executive leadership program.
