Jeffery Lim

Jeffery Lim is an associate technical staff member in the Secure Resilient Systems and Technology Group. He joined Lincoln Laboratory in 2018. His current research is primarily focused on security in embedded systems and, specifically, on designing-in resilience to natural faults and cyber attacks. He is interested in creating secure systems that do not have to sacrifice performance and in rapid prototyping of embedded systems.

Prior to joining the Secure Resilient Systems and Technology Group, Lim worked in the Advanced Sensors and Techniques Group, developing firmware on field-programmable gate arrays for signal processing applications. Lim worked on the Motion Under Rubble Measured Using Radar (MURMUR) technology, which won a R&D 100 award in 2021.

Lim received a BS degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2017.

Lincoln Laboratory is full of opportunities to learn from the brightest minds. I don’t have to sacrifice anything to work on the projects that make a difference and that I enjoy.
