Stephen Brogan

Stephen Brogan is a technical staff member in the RF Technology Group, which designs and prototypes innovative RF technologies that address emerging needs in radar, electronic warfare, and communications. In his role, Brogan supports staff members and group leadership as a program manager to facilitate the execution of several advanced Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) programs.

Prior to joining the Laboratory in 2024, Brogan worked in a variety of program management and systems engineering roles. Most recently, as a technical program manager at Mercury Systems, Brogan managed engineering development efforts for several secure multiprocessing server programs. He oversaw all engineering design, fabrication, and verification efforts as well as the transition of products from engineering to manufacturing. Prior to Mercury Systems, he worked at Raytheon Technologies supporting X-band radar development and production programs for ballistic missile defense systems. His roles ranged from integrating and testing radars at White Sands Missile Range, to managing a team of system engineers where he was responsible for project execution, proposal development, and earned value management.

Brogan received his BS degree in electrical engineering from Boston University and MS degree in engineering management from Tufts University.
