Chad R. Meiners

Dr. Chad Meiners joined MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 2010 and joined the Cyber Operations and Analysis Technology Group in 2019.  His research interests include automated network sensor generation, network traffic analysis, cyber situational awareness, secure operating system primitives, and formal methods.  Prior to MIT Lincoln Laboratory, he was a research staff member at the Computer Science and Engineering department at Michigan State University. There he conducted research in optimizing firewall access control lists and packet processing state machines.

Meiners received a PhD degree in computer science from Michigan State University in 2009, an MS degree in computer science from Michigan State University in 2004, and a BS degree in computer science from Truman State University in 2000.
