Dr. Katherine A. Rink is the head of the Air, Missile, and Maritime Defense Technology Division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Prior to her appointment as the division head, Rink served as the associate division head.
After joining Lincoln Laboratory in 1998 as a member of the technical staff in the Systems Engineering and Analysis Group, she worked on many technical aspects of the then-emerging Aegis ballistic missile defense system.
Aryeh Feder

Dr. Aryeh Feder is an assistant head of the Air, Missile, and Maritime Defense Technology Division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
He joined the Laboratory in 1997 as a member of the technical staff in the Systems and Analysis Group, where he conducted analyses in support of the Air Force Red Team on a wide range of topics, including advanced air vehicle survivability and electronic warfare. He was promoted to Assistant Group Leader in 2004 and Group Leader in 2008.
Mabel D. Ramirez

Dr. Mabel D. Ramirez is an assistant head of the Air, Missile, and Maritime Defense Technology Division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Previously, Ramirez was the leader of the Laboratory's Advanced Concepts and Technologies Group. She provided strategic and technical leadership of a diverse portfolio of systems and architecture analysis, advanced sensors development, electronic warfare systems, and advanced battle management algorithms with particular emphasis on developing new technologies to address advanced anti-ship missiles and evolving threats to the fleet and surface assets.
Sung-Hyun Son

Dr. Sung-Hyun Son is an assistant head of the Air, Missile, and Maritime Defense Technology Division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Son joined Lincoln Laboratory in 2006 as technical staff in the division’s Advanced Concepts and Technology Group, where he developed tracking, discrimination, and resource optimization architectures for sensor and weapon systems. In 2010, he transitioned to the division’s Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Integration Group, leading several battle management efforts for the Navy and Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
