Robert G. Atkins is the head of the Advanced Technology Division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Prior to this position, he served as an Assistant Head of the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and Tactical Systems Division, and earlier, as an Assistant Head of the Homeland Protection and Tactical Systems Division, and as the Leader of the Advanced Capabilities and Systems Group.

Dr. Livia M. Racz is an assistant head of the Advanced Technology Division at Lincoln Laboratory. In this role, she leads advanced materials and microelectronics-related activities for the division. Prior to this role, Racz led the Advanced Materials and Microsystems Group, where she focused on programs developing unusual-form-factor microsystems that sense and communicate with their environment.

Mark A. Gouker is an assistant head of the Advanced Technology Division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Prior to this position, he served as the Leader of the Quantum Information and Integrated Nanosystems Group and earlier, as the Leader of the RF and Quantum Systems Technology Group, and as an Assistant Leader of the Tactical Communication Systems Group in the Laboratory's Communications Division.
