Ritesh N. Patel

Ritesh N. Patel is an assistant leader in the Cyber Operations and Analysis Technology Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He joined the Laboratory in 2011 and principally works on projects related to defensive cyber operations and cyber situational awareness. His areas of interest include big data analytics and data visualizations.

Prior to joining Lincoln Laboratory, Patel was a key member of a small internal research and development project at BAE Systems, and was instrumental in its successful commercialization as GXP Xplorer.

Patel earned an MS degree in software development and management with a specialization in human computer interaction from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2013, and holds BS degrees in computer science and applied mathematics and statistics from Stony Brook University.
