Thomas Edward Koker

Teddy Koker is an associate staff member in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology Group. His current research interests include self-supervised representation learning, machine learning for healthcare, and AI-guided design in the biology and chemistry domains. Koker is also interested in open-source software, and maintains several open-source machine learning libraries.

Prior to joining the Laboratory, Koker worked at the Image and Data Analysis Core at Harvard Medical School, where he developed novel methods for biomedical image retrieval and segmentation model interpretability. He earned a BS in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
