David Bigelow

Dr. David Bigelow is an associate leader in the Secure Resilient Systems and Technology Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He joined the Laboratory in 2012 following the completion of his PhD degree in computer science at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where his research focused on high-bandwidth real-time storage systems, with additional experience in operating systems and reliability. His early Laboratory work involved projects on security metrics, cyber moving target technologies, analytics, and the cybersecurity of space systems. In his current role, he leads projects in advanced cryptography, space cybersecurity, and general systems security. Additionally, Bigelow is currently the lead for the Laboratory's internal research and development projects in the cyber mission area.
