Michael Rickley

Mike Rickley joined MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 2019 as the Operations Manager of the Defense Fabric Discovery Center. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and maturing functional fiber and textile processes, manufacturing, and reliability, as well as running all laboratory operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in the microelectronics industry, including leading a rapid scale up and delivery of a critical capability on a revolutionary wafer-scale heterogeneous integration process, for which he won a recognition award from the U.S. government. Rickley has a BS degree in chemical engineering from MIT and an MBA degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
