William J. Bergeron

Bill Bergeron is an HPC systems engineer in the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Supercomputing Center (LLSC). Since 2007, Bergeron has been supporting the LLSC’s effort to provide high-performance computing to support research at the Laboratory. His primary task has been to build and maintain systems for unclassified, classified, external, development, satellite, and MIT campus environments. He has been an integral part of the development of the LLSC software stack and system imaging platform, providing consistency and performance integrity across all supported systems. He is also the primary support for the research computing collaborative software and code repository systems. He earned a BS degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1991.
