Bioanalytics Systems and Technologies

We seek to leverage algorithms and analytics to derive insights from rapidly expanding biological datasets and develop solutions to address national security needs. Our research programs focus on developing software architectures and systems, bioinformatics tools, and AI algorithms to advance the state of the art in chemical and biological defense, biosecurity, and civilian and servicemember health. We are a diverse and multidisciplinary team with active collaborations across Lincoln Laboratory and the government, and we work to integrate data across disparate modalities and scales — from the molecular and genomic level to physiological system scales — while ensuring that data and systems remain private and secure.
